ps – I like dogs. This is Bluebell, my 11 year old cocker spaniel.

Because I think you are my sort of person, I’ll let you into my special Bircher Muesli recipe. (OPEN SECRET, I am a trained chef and I lived in the land of Bircher Muesli, Switzerland for 15 years, so I know a good Bircher Muesli when I taste one, and this one is good).
120g rolled oats
250g full or low fat Greek or natural yoghurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
75g fresh or frozen raspberries
1 crisp green apple, grated
6 teaspoons maple syrup
20g mix of dry roasted sunflower seeds and flaked almonds.
Special ingredient…. chopped mint
Pour oats into a bowl. Cover with water and leave overnight.
Drain oats. Discard water. Stir in the yoghurt, vanilla extract, raspberries, apple and maple syrup.
Spoon muesli into bowls. Scatter with nuts and a little chopped mint.
Completely delicious
